Q.  Is there a minimum amount of guests per party?
A.  Yes minimum is 5, but there is no maximum.

Q.  How much notice in advance do I need to book my party?
A.  We suggest 3 weeks or more to reserve your time slot, although
we understand plans change at the last minute.
We will try to accommodate you but we can't guarantee it.

Q.  May I choose the same animal for everyone example all horses
or all bears,all dogs etc.
A.  Yes we offer 5 different animals per party plan,but you can have the
same animal for everyone.

Q.  Do you offer discounts on large parties?
A.  Yes call for details 845-821-3317 between 10am & 5pm est.

Q.  How long are the parties?
A.  About 1 to 1 1/2 hour depending on number of guests and their
age.

Q.  Where are the parties held?
A.  Our parties come to you if your in NY. NJ. And CT. All other areas
we ship your party to you.

Q.  How much of a deposit do you request?
A.  20% of total for Party Plan 1, 20% of total for Party Plan 2, and20% of total for Party Plan  3  balance due upon arrival.

Q.  How can I pay for this?
A.  Cash, check, or money order. And if you want to pay by credit card
order on our website at www.travelingteddy.net.

Q.  If a guest doesn't show up do i still pay for that guest?
A.  Yes, all adjustments must be made a minimum of 5 days before party
date.

Q.  Can adults stay during children's parties?
A.  Yes parents and other adults are always welcome and
encouraged to relax while we entertain.

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right

Q.  Do I have to pay sales tax?
A.  Yes where applicable

Q.  Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
A.  Yes of coarse! We don't want you to have to buy anything that you don't really want. As long as we didn't ship it yet. If item was already shipped you can return it. See return policy.

Q.  Can I return my item?
A.  Returns may be made with prior authorization. If you decide you need to return any items they must be shipped back within 10 days from date of authorization, and at customers own expense. And they must arrive back to us in the same condition we sent it to you. We will credit your purchase price only. Credits will be issued upon received returns. Custom & duty, shipping charges and any other related charges are non refundable. If broken or destroyed during shipping we will replace it and send you a new one. Keep cartons product tags and any other things destroyed  in shipping.

Q.  How much is shipping & handling?
A.  Shipping & handling start at $6.95. We generally ship USPS which takes between 2 to 6 days depending where you want items to ship to. We also offer next day and second day air with UPS for an additional  charge. With USPS we can ship to a post office box , military address and international addresses.

Q.  How can I pay for my purchases?
A.  We use Pay Pal, and accept Visa, Master card, American express, Discover  E-checks. We ship same day we receive notification funds were put into our account before noon. Otherwise we ship next business day.

Q.  If I place and pay for an order can I delay my shipping date?
A. Yes if order is payed for you can delay shipping date you tell us when you want us  to ship it and we do it.
